What areas do you serve?
We're based in American Fork and serve Utah County, the Heber Valley, and Park City for excavation, grading, utilities, and concrete. For larger commercial and hospitality projects, we mobilize our crews and equipment further out — see our General Contractors page for examples.
Do you work with homeowners, or only GCs and developers?
Both. Most of our volume is self-performed sitework and concrete for general contractors and developers, plus residential driveways and site work close to home. If you're a homeowner with a driveway project, start at driveways.cadoava.com.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — licensed in Utah (E100 General Engineering and B100 General Building) and insured. If your project needs licensing in another state, ask us directly; it depends on the job.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on soil conditions, access, cut-and-fill balance, and scope — there's no fixed online price for sitework or concrete. Our cost guides break down the typical ranges and what drives them; a firm number comes from a site visit and a written estimate.
How do I get a quote, and what happens after I submit the form?
Fill out the Request Estimate form or call (801) 310-5213. Peter reviews and prices every project himself — no call center — and you'll usually hear back within one business day to talk through scope before we put a number on it.
Do you handle permits?
We handle Blue Stakes utility locates on every job and coordinate grading, excavation, and stormwater (SWPPP) permits with your team where they're required.

What makes Cadoava different from other sitework contractors?
We self-perform — excavation, grading, utilities, and concrete are done by our own crews and equipment instead of being handed off to subs, which means fewer handoffs and tighter schedule control. We also take on complex, occupied, and hard-access sites — the jobs other contractors decline.
